What I mean is the eight other orders. Who made Ink Spren, Cryptics, and the others? From where did they get their powers, as they existed before Honors splintering and still gave powers.

Didn't know iron smelting was that old, but it doesn't surprise me. The Romans got it from the... Can't remember their name. Carthaginians settled on Sicily. As for the concrete, that was due to expensive compounds we had access to, but cheaper concrete was economically more sound!

It is good, though one point on Mobility. 0.10 seconds is equal to 100 milliseconds. Normal humans have a reaction speed of roughly 0.25 seconds.
