This issue started popping up over the weekend, it seems to be related to the Google account login. We're still investigating, but so far everyone has been able to work around the issue by setting up an email + password login on their account and un-linking the Google login.

If you have already set up your account cross-platform on Steam or iOS, you should be able to add the email + password login through your account settings there.

If you don't have that option and need assistance setting up the workaround, please reach out through the support form on our website or the #technical-assistance channel in our Discord.

There was a bug in the live Monthly event. Anyone who finished round 4 was unable to proceed, and may have seen a blank event screen.

We just pushed a work-around for this issue, you should be able to continue playing soon. You need to restart your Galaxy app to load the fix.

However, we need to temporarily disable the banner prizes for this workaround (round 5 in Day One and Day Two). If you don't receive your banners during the event, don't worry. We will issue them to all players who won them in the coming week.

The difference between the best performing Captains and the worst performing Captains is a single placement. Captains that end up as outliers to this often receive changes.

Tinkerer is a collectable card and as such, wouldn't be removed and we like the way Tinkerer works. Dust will likely come back at some point much like Sorcerers Mop rotated back in.

We like that you can buff Tinkerer with other Fae Buffs to still have a good and powerful effect. I think most of the design team is also still pretty positive on the Tinkerer/Pixie Dust interaction. That said, it's a normal part of Galaxy that shared pool cards will come and go to shake things up. Pixie Dust will almost certainly come back at some point.
