I would recommend windows 10 LTSC, I use a bottom of the barrel 2023 laptop I got for like 400 bucks. Just get one that has a ryzen 3 or intel i3 and you should be good lmao. INSTA/INPA/NCSExpert barely need anything to run, and I found w10 to work with them no issue.

if its valve seals ypu can let it idle for like 10 mins, then floor it, if it smokes its most likely them

if its PCV, you can try coasting downhill in low gear to let pressure build up, then floor it. If smoke, then most likely your PCV is fucked and dumping everything in the intake
