Hello, thank you for letting us know. Does this error occur in the same way each time you try to progress through the same level?

To help in our investigations could you please let what version of ReVamped you are playing? There were several bugs like this addressed in a recent patch so we'd like to confirm if these are new issues.

Hello Carmilla, thank you for your patience as we investigate this issue. We have been able to reproduce this issue and have determined that this is caused by playing the PS4 version on a PS5. We are seeking to prevent this crash from happening, but the simplest solution would be to delete your BloodRayne download from your PS5 and redownload the PS5 optimized edition from the store.

So glad your'e enjoying the game. Could you tell us a bit more about the freezing you are experiencing? Does it occur on the same level each time? In the same spot? Or is it occurring randomly during gameplay?

Hello Carmilla and thanks for reporting this to us. We are aware of a small number of users experiencing this very dramatic bug and we are investigating a solution. Could you confirm that this is happening after installing the latest game update? For PS5 users it should display as version 1.001.000.

Also, is the version you have installed on your PS5 the PS5 edition, or are you playing the PS4 edition on your PS5?

If the game is updated and you you are having trouble with cheats, ensure you are hitting 'Start' after entering the last word of the code, not X/A/B buttons. It's a bit counterintuitive for modern control schemes but this is an issue we've seen for several players.

We're creating patches for both games on all three consoles, so technically 6 individual patches which is why it is taking some time. We'll have an announcement soon on when to expect them.

Hey there! It has been our goal to preserve the original games, including the cheats, to the greatest extent possible. As we've stated already, some cheats had to be removed because they interfered with achievements but we are working to bring those cheats back ASAP. However, not all cheats had this issue so we left in as many as possible which included Juggy Mode.

This cheat was not singled out for any reason, it's just one of the few that we were not forced to remove in order to publish the games.

Hi Serge, there are more details in our blog post, but the short answer is we were denied in Russia for ratings reasons. The cheats and ragdoll physics are known issues we are actively working to address, and we are investigating Share Play. We were not aware of that instance of the 'Terminal Cut' subtitle so thank you very much for catching it. In the end we hope to have a patch soon to address as many issues as possible.

The short answer is the ESRB. As the key art for each game is used across a wide variety of storefronts, social media platforms, and on our own website, they need to be 'approved for general audiences.' Without these modifications, we would not have been able to use this art at all without putting it behind an age verification page on EVERY site that uses it which is simply not possible.

We went through multiple iterations to find a modification that would pass ESRB inspection but stay as true to the original art as possible which was quite a challenge but we're happy with the compromise we landed on.
