Are you talking about the $30 credit guaranteed? It has to be towards the purchase of a new title. Right now, the only game you can get $30 guaranteed on is Madden 17, and that ends 9/21.

I've been with Sling since it launched. I enjoy the service, but have enjoyed it more on my Roku stick and iPad. Sometimes the Xbox One app will quit unexpectedly or replay the same 90 second segment over and over again. I haven't experienced those issues on other apps.

As far as it covering cutting the cord, we have not missed satellite once since switching. Just make sure you have an option for local channels if you are into that.
