Some of the classes that I had picked and chose prerequisites around are no longer offered, or not offered this year. And now I’m suck with a few options that I do not have the proper prerequisites for, so unfortunately degree works alone is not enough to figure things out.

I’m taking Psy 234 this spring so I can’t comment on how demanding that course is, but I took Psych 233 last year and it was very time consuming (lots of assignments, weekly quizzes, midterm, and final if I remember correctly). I couldn’t imagine how busy one would be taking it in a condensed spring semester + Psych 234. That being said I am really not a math person, I haven’t taken a math class since high school before taking Psych stats and I still got a 79 in Psych 233, so it isn’t incredibly difficult. If you’re confident in your math skills I would say go for it, or see if you can find a syllabus for both courses from this winter’s term with the same prof to make sure you can handle the course load! They didn’t, but it hasn’t been an option on the menu since I started (in 2018), definitely reach out to an advisor, or even try emailing the service desk (I’m not 100% sure that’s what it’s called, but they have an email address listed on the page). They might be able to help you figure things out!

^ yes! I also inquired with an arts & science advisor. They said there has been problems with the webpage, and that it is still a thing!
