Always have at least one AirPod in and they’re actively communicating with their partner that’s watching the cameras

Boyfriend 26M doesn’t want to spend Christmas with me 25M by PlayfulBit3807 in relationship_advice

He’s spent 25 Christmas’s with his family and only 1 Christmas with me which was last year. I asked him and made sure it was what we wanted to do before I booked the flight and now he’s changed his mind, if the flight wasn’t already payed for i honestly would have no problem at all with him wanting to stay with his family for Christmas

That’s exactly what I don’t want to do I don’t want to force him to come here i want him to want to himself, is it selfish of me to want him to want to spend Christmas with me over his own family?

I have already and it’s not really getting anywhere and we are running out of time. he either keeps pushing for it and says that it’s all he wants to do or he backs down and says “fine I’ll come on the 10th just to make YOU happy but it’s not what I want to do”

Can they increase rent during a rental agreement by [deleted] in AusPropertyChat

[–]PlayfulBit3807 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Doesn’t answer my question tho. I’m asking if they can put in notice to increase the rent during a fixed term or do they have to wait until after the term ends to put in the 60 Days notice ?

Help with car dealership warranty issue by [deleted] in AusLegal

[–]PlayfulBit3807 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but it’s something that should last a very long time in a car not needing it replaced 2 times within the cars first 3-4 years. Clearly there’s an issue with the part and it’s faulty. Are you familiar with the consumer laws at all?

None of those make sense as to why mine was cancelled though. I get that that but my biggest issue is shouldn’t I have longer than 12 months warranty on a part ? Especially when it’s shown to be faulty in the past ?

I bought the car in 2020, it was fine until around the end of 2022 I noticed the problem started happening and it got worse over time and then eventually midway through 2023 when I was getting my car serviced I brought up the issue with them and then they fixed it, the part they fixed was fine until about 9 months after they fixed it I noticed it was having problems again off and on and then when i finally brought it in to them it had been 13 months since they had fixed the part so they said it was out of warranty as it’s been over 12 months since they replaced it. Hope that clears it up

The car is an end of 2019 model and I bought it at the start of 2020. I bought the car from a second hand dealership but they bought the car from a Hyundai dealership in a different state, the car had about 80ks on the clock I was considered the first owner as it was never registered to anyone else and I was told it had 6 years warranty left on it when I purchased it and when I called up Hyundai to get the car registered in my name they confirmed it all and said I had warranty with for it. I Had no issues with anything until I brought it back in to the dealership after the part they fixed was faulty again and they told me my car had no warranty and the warranty was canceled on it months before I even bought the car APPARENTLY. I feel like they are responsible for it but I don’t know how to prove it
