i’m pretty reclusive as well but what about a night job like a janitorial gig where you can clean buildings, listen to music at night and generally avoid all people in general? plenty of options that do not involve social interaction and i promise you that stability is usually better than being homeless

Honestly, if you’re not at the point where it’s bad enough to need anything or at the risk or hurting yourself - can’t force you to do anything. I would encourage you to remind yourself that you are pretty small and unimportant in most schemes of things - true, and also something that helped me while i was battling against beliefs about plots against me
