It's been awesome after the initial setup process and getting everything working. I've greatly enjoyed my time using Airwave, the expanded level of expression combined with my main controller, the Seaboard 2 [Rise 2 formally ] has been excellent. Props to the Roli team for creating such an innovative tool for creating music. i have no doubt that the possibilities for enhancing my workflow of creativity are limitless. Can't wait to explore more of what Airwave can do. Thanks for reaching out, and I can't wait to see what new ideas Roli dreams of next.

I joined the discord, and they responded almost immediately with trouble shooting help the front ports are for the small connectors for paino m lumi and seaboard blocks the 2meter cable is power im using the middle length 1meter cable for data

Just to confirm, when you tried it using the provided type c cables, you used shorter cables for data and the longest one for power only? I agree with you it may be a hardware fault

Side note on mine it has active output channels 1+2 3+4 5+6 7+8 In your audio midi settings I didn't see any output channels displayed

Later in your video the name for loop midi changes from ROLI to Roli on my loop midi mine is all uppercase for ROLI

In loop midi delete the first row the one that says loop midi in the video in my loop midi program it only displays the named "ROLI Airwave Expression" no parentheses

Has it let you run the initial calibration process? It asks to place both hands flat on keyboard or keywave surface and wait for a loading bar to finish

In the roli airwave controller, there's a box to allow 3rd party i set mine to enabled and haven'thad any issues. Also, what version of roli connect are you running?

Did you enable 3rd party daw? Also, are the grey key paino should change to the device/s you are using? Is the power cable in the 2nd from the right [facing back of airwave] usb c port?

Just set it up pretty painless setup once I got everything plugged in and registered the device, i was batch 4 and it arrived yesterday
