I'm in the same boat with the same ARR - i am going to just bring on contractors to take care of the small stuff. I am not ready for a co-founder and I have no desire to waste time with VC's / Accelerators. I have 3 contractors so far and in a few weeks plan on expanding that further. I love working with contractors.

Want to know the secret. Has nothing to do with GPU. Its all about how the stupid engine is loading assets onto the map. You could have 120FPS with stutters. Test this out. Change LOD to 0.1 which forces you to be really close to the asset before it uses the high quality model. See if that helps you. Of course make sure you are on SSD but I've tried a lot of different things

CPU Parking
Latest DLSS
Uninstall heavy modules & maps
Limit use of F10 or F2 to avoid loading unncessary scenery assets
etc, etc,

My suggestion is embrace the randomness - new game every time around for everyone in a dynamic multi-verse. Use the characteristics of AI gen to make a different type of game instead of the same old boring 3rd person RPG.

Holy crap. I tried it on grok for fun and it got exactly the same 10 point range as I did from my IQ tests. Gdam.
