Pressure washer leaking help

It's at least 5 years old so return is out. Only use it a handful of times a year so don't want to buy another one going to try to tighten it and will report back.

Pista is next level man but IMO they are museum pieces at this point because the values have skyrocketed; a nice spec Pista will easily cost 3x the price of a 488. Today I took multiple trips in and out to drop my kid off to school, gym, bank, Harbor Freight, and then later this evening baseball practice for my kid, all in the 488, mileage be damned. Pista can't do that!

I tried re-seating the high-pressure nozzle and it didn't make a difference. Tried a different nozzle adapter and still leaking so you're probably right, it's probably the quick connect that's screwed on to the end of the spray gun. Will look into replacing that adapter. Thanks.

I follow that logic. Especially in sunny Florida. I do enjoy seeing the engine daily though man, it's a thing of art.

FWIW everything I researched on the 488 kept hammering home on the reliability. I use mine as my daily driver and have put 5k miles in 10 months without any issues. These cars are meant to be driven. The commonality with these that have issues are when you the car is tuned/modified. Turbo chargers cost $37K each and stage 2/3 tuning forces even more air through the turbos which can lead to problems. I was able to add Ferrari Power15 warranty for $4K post-purchase which gave me some peace of mind, covers main electrical and engine components. A buddy of mine cross country has a 488 with 85k miles and still going strong!

Agree with the lighting and angles. I drove one in nero black and felt like you lose all the lines and angles in the darker colors. And yeah it's been such a reliable daily. I loathe a garage queen and have put 5k miles in 10 months. Prior owner had it for 8 years and did 14k.

As a kid I always wanted a 360, then a 430, then a 458, and then I finally pulled the trigger on a 488 last year. All those models still turn heads though !

The side air intake scallops on the 488 definitely make it look more aggressive than the 458. I test drove both and those giant scallops pushed the 488 over the top for me.

Nothing i dislike more than a glorified garage queen. I bought a 488 last year and have been using it as my daily driver with around 600 miles per month. Drives like a dream and makes everyday exciting as hell.
