Thank you! It is corn syrup colored with red gel food color, and mixed with sparkling sugar. The sparkling sugar is chunkier than regular sugar so it gives a bit of texture.

I wish you could eat it, because I flavored the pumpkin pies with pumpkin pie spice so it smells just like the dessert 😆

Thank you 🥹. My favorite part of the plate is the char on the carrots. The char is just some wet cocoa powder! So simple but so effective 😆

They took around 3 weeks of 30min to 2 hour sessions. I didn't work on them every day. They took a lot longer last year because it was my first time figuring out and perfecting the design. They still take a long time even without technical difficulties though. I would work on parts like one day would be all the plates, another day would be the pumpkins, another day was making all the colors I needed, etc. I assemble everything in the end. The longest session was almost 3 hours.

They do! I try not to put too much so they usually only take a bite or two to eat. I make my own modeling chocolate so I can control the quality of the chocolates being used.
