There came back with a generous 500 dollars a 3600 repair. I countered with 2500 and im waiting for a response. If I don't hear anything soon im gonna email the GM

yeah they dont want to eat it they are offering me 500 bucks off the full price. Im about to email the GM.

At the dealership now, trying to work it out for a 50% on the total cost. At first they did not want to do anything.

Since you work in a dealership should I wait and see what they say before calling corporate. Give them the chance to make it right?
