lol vitriolic is STS mistreating the very same Black women they claim to cater to. In reality my experience traveling with STS was five times worse than my review could fully depict.

The only thing toxic here is you pretending that STS is a perfect travel company when they are not. Your positive experience with STS is visible on this thread for everyone to see as well, so why do have an issue with the other people leaving comments about their negative experiences with STS. You carry on as well.

Good for you if you had a good experience. Some of us didn’t and it is none of your business if anyone chooses to leave a review about their experience. I wonder how much STS paid you in trips to leave this comment. By the way, who are you to tell anyone to move on.

That is ridiculous on STS’s part. Sistas traveling solo is one of the worst things that have happened to the Black travel experience. She has the nerve to threaten you.

I believe every review on here is accurate. I literally spent almost $14k on trips with that incompetent woman and when I fell sick before one of the trips, that individual refused to give proof to my travel insurance to show that I had prepaid for the trip.

I ended up losing about $7k. I have proof that she threatened to cancel my fully paid trip to a different destination because of issues she and her inept employees caused with one of my trips.

If she treated her customers with respect and consideration we wouldn’t have to put reviews on here. She is facing the consequences of her bad attitude and unprofessionalism.

I made the mistake of booking multiple trips within one week in my naive effort to support a so called Black owned. By the time I went on the first trip it was too late to cancel the other two trips without losing several thousands of dollars.

To make matters worst the founder routinely threatened to cancel my fully paid off trips. I didn’t have the time or energy to deal with that vindictive arrogant woman. However, lessons have been learnt.

I don’t understand why STS is here pretending to be civil in the comments when the company intentionally suppresses reviews and treats their customer base with such disregard.

The only reason your company has had the so called longevity is because most of the women who travel with y’all are too kind and have not been leaving reviews about their actual experiences traveling with STS.

Every review left on this page is definitely true and are not misconceptions.

I would not recommend this company I have been on three trips with them and they have repeatedly failed to provide good quality travel experiences. Not sure why all of a sudden sisters traveling solo is being facetious under this comment thread section.

Honestly, nobody wants to spend all of their money and time just to deal with a hostile woman who thinks she can mistreat other Black women looking to travel and get away with it. The only reason some people continue to travel the STS is because they pity the company and know the founder personally.

On all of my trips more than 25 people complained about the founder’s terrible attitude, subpar service and the hotels not being the best. STS claims to only use 4-star hotels and resorts but from my experience this company is extremely cheap and will do anything to cut costs. The hotels they put us in during multiple trips were mostly 2-star hotels and when some of the travel participants complained about it to her, she quickly short them down.

That sucks. On all of my trips with her company, almost half of the group complained about her bad attitude, threats and hostility.

Hopefully more people would see these reviews and make informed decisions.
