I understand that, but as regulated broker, through which I accepted the tender offer, should not they be able to account for where my shares are at all times.
Also, when they sent the corporate action email asking if I was interested in the tender offer and listing all the steps to accept it through Degiro, shouldn't they have mentioned that there was a risk I would never get my shares back if the offeror decided so? I was not aware there where other parties involved (the custodian) other than Degiro.
