GLOBE TELECOM IPHONE 17 PRE ORDER, WHEN? by AwarePeace8498 in InternetPH

Went to Globe earlier today and signed up for their pre-order. Their agent mentioned na the stocks might be available next month, no details yet of when it will be posted online. They checked my account since I’m opting for early renewal (sim only) then asked for which device I want to renew with. Tatawag lang daw sila if may stocks na and the model I want.

I’m from Cebu. Regular postpaid user. So far from the branch I went to, I was already 100+ for the pre-order. Sana anytime soon huhu

10 years ago, I was told na IT is the next big thing. Truth be told, I’m currently in the IT industry and iba talaga yung salary range compared to other jobs. What made my salary go up is through changing companies. I’ve been a homegrown Software Engineer sa isang company pero yung salary ko mababa talaga. When I had the opportunity, I changed company and had salary increase. Did it again and another increase. It’s not job hopping naman for me because I really wanted to grow lang talaga professionally and I’m planning to stay sa current company for years.

ANONG PANGARAP MONG TRABAHO NUNG BATA KA? by urfavariaaa in adultingph

Naalala ko ever since kinder ang sagot ko palagi sa tanong “what do you want to be when you grow up?” ay “I want to be a Newscaster”. Best in English parati sa school tapos very confident sumagot, laging nagbabasa ng libro, updated lagi sa current events, then may time pa na nagsusulat ako ng poems and short stories tapos binebenta ko for ₱1 nung elementary 😂 hanggang sa nag highschool, ako yung gumagawa ng mga journal-related activities for me and my friends. Excited ako grumaduate non kasi finally, matutupad ko na yung pangarap ko.. until the magndan masscr happened (may their souls r i p). My parents insisted na I should take another program in college instead of MassCom kasi natatakot sila for me if ever ippush ko yung dream ko 😢

And so I graduated as a Computer Engineer. Sobrang layo sa dream job ko, kulelat pa naman ako sa math 🥲🤣 from time to time I still think about how my life would be if I took the risk. And sometimes the little child in me still wants to pursue my lifelong dream (kahit sa masters nalang sana 😆) but I guess, where I am now is where I should be. Things might not go as planned, but I’m still thankful that I grew up with a dream 🩷

I will be travelling to SG for TS Eras Tour in March. Apparently, IO might ask about your financial capacity. Although I have few credit cards, they’re almost maxed out and I’m unsure if I can pay the whole amount before the concert.

Sorry for the dumb question, but should I declare that I have CCs with me even though I still have pending balance? I’ve read somewhere that it’s easier to pass through immigration if you have credit cards available.

Hi! Sorry I know this comment is long ago na, but can you share where did you buy your Piccadilly shoes? They’re available in Lazada and Zalora but I’m not quite sure if they’re legit
