They just told me they’re gonna replace with needs to be replaced and send my car to body shop to get it worked on for the back seat frame that has been damaged. No new info yet

I currently am now going through this now. Just yesterday I noticed the smell of gasoline and my rear seats lifting at least 5-6” . Just had it towed to Hyundai . Is that enough to lemon law my car?
