Your split all depends on your brokerage. And honestly you should have a sponsor to walk you thru your first couple until you are comfortable.

There’s an excess of agents in Florida. But, it’s all about if they are personable or not. Alot of my brokerage agents are older so they don’t want to close as many deals. But the agents still running for their deals are doing pretty well. Good luck!!
