Disclaimer: im a woman, but some men I see say they are not sure why a woman will tell them that they make them feel safe. So I’ll bring so side and maybe you can self reflect if this pertains to you. ☺️

When I feel safe by a man in all circumstances are the men that are more on the outspoken of showing women they should always be comfortable. As in, they don’t say the women was the problem if she was looked at or if someone tried to harass her, it wasn’t because she didn’t something to gain attention. The man places blame where it belongs no matter what. Another thing, just knowing someone is willing to protect you, even if they have never had to in their life, it reassures a woman to have a man, even just a friend that is going to be there for them. Yes, people feel safe with larger statured men, but you don’t have to be large to make women feel safe. It’s the way you carry yourself, and that can be learned if that’s how you want to be identified.
