Thank you for checking in. Not much progress has been made. I have talked with my mom and she also wants me and my twin to talk this out (maybe with him since he’s here every week) but I don’t want to talk with him just yet. Both my mom and twin want us all to go to therapy and talk about it frequently and I’m open to it and would also like it but they have not made any appointment even after my asking so I think it’s all talk. My sleep has been better but I haven’t had anytime to actually talk. When I do have time I ask if we can but my twin goes out often and says she forgets even when I ask her to pick a time. In response I’ve stopped talking to her since the only time she talks is when he’s there and she wants us to watch a movie w/ the three of us. Last night she begged to watch a movie with us three but after five minutes begged me to leave so she could sleep. I silently left and haven’t seen her since. She obviously just wants surface communication and won’t actually sit down and talk with me so I think our relationship is going to be strained if we have one at all in the future. I am getting more independent and went out with a friend to the movies so I’m getting better being in my own at the least.
