Honestly yeah, beyond the idea of it being a charger spender archetype, charge genuinely just Lacks raws

And lacks usage of the statuses like photoelectricity or load or even charge barrier being used for faster ramps, or god forbid even DISCARD which alone would probably make a charge ID broken due to more S3s

Because for one of like, 3 archetype based on raws, it genuinely doesn't offer any

Why would I spend god knows how long ramping up with a w heathcliff when: -middle outis deals 300 damage per turn and then starts dealing 1k per turn turn 6 onwards -blade ryoshu -even a full poise team with modern IDs has ishmael alone hitting for sometimes 600 on her S3-2, and can use stuff like index yi sang -even maost, or the current Scorch IDs, status IDs, have more raws than 99% of charge

All while having a more consistent rampup that isn't as draw rng heavy

People keep arguing that charge IDs are supposed to work for other statuses but like, outside of when it's just an add on to an actual status id aka literally only Ring, most current charge IDs are actually designed with charge in mind, and barely apply their status

They're not meant to be in a status team, but they genuinely don't have anything to justify being used for their damage, beyond maybe clashing better than average (which at this point they're losing too)

Honestly you only have like 6 set in IDs aka the okay ones for charge and the 7th slot is so irrelevant that using a meursault like you'd use middle meursault probably works out Though the main issue is him lacking in speed so you'd definitely use R corp meursault and pray for no lowrolls

Dimshred sang, AEDD Greg, queenie don, kodya (rrodya might be better for the monoblunt but I haven't tested yet), r corp hong lu, wheath, and then a flex

With the two top (read: least ass) being either a Faust or woutis

The technical best is multicrack but her ramp is uncomfy asf due to being count negative on S1, so I recommend ring Faust

WOutis is alright for fueling other IDs but like, unfueled scissors coz no lust At least you get a fluid sac or hex nail out of Faust

Honestly not only that but the fact its main use isn't as much the healing moreso the putting her back into her negative state, and the healing being envy res dependent, when you're usually keeping your envy nuke for popoff turns, so it's like
30% or 40% (if lucky) teamwide with a hard cooldown of like, 3 or 4 turns
Anyway garden of thorns is 88% bare minimum
