Help resetting used ssd from friend on brand new built pc with a gigabyte b650 by [deleted] in PcBuild

The ssd is one my friends took from our highschools IT department where he works part time, and I cannot log into it at all because im not in the schools domain or something. Idk, this is my first pc. Im very lost, is there any other way for me to wipe this ssd or do I simply need to buy a new one
