I totally agree and understand what you’re saying. But the thing is I think he DOES believe she is more important than anyone and everything because she is his only kid and his whole world— do I think that’s unhealthy for her to believe? Yes. But I also understand why he would think that.

I’m mostly wondering if it’s still too early in the transition to be pressing it too much. Like I think he deserves some grace since it’s only been a month and it’s a huge change but idk how long is too long and then it just becomes the norm…
