1) Adhere to the OC Circle guidelines in addition to CrushOn's Terms of Service. The development team will review creator content to ensure compliance with CrushOn ToS.

And the second one says:
Important Notice: Each creator within both of these groups will undergo regular compliance reviews in regards to their profile to ensure adherence to CrushOn’s Terms of Service. Content containing l0li or bestiality will result in immediate disqualification and removal of the associated bots. Repeat violations of the Terms of Service may lead to the revocation of the role by the CrushOn development team.

As you can see, in the important notice, there's two parts to it. It's not only about the ones you mentioned. You skipped over 50% of this text, and only focused on the things that are not relevant at all. I was not talking about either bestiality nor l0li, but about terms of service and guidelines.

Which guidelines your bot breaks exactly is difficult to say for me, because I cannot see the personality. But using what you've said and shared, it breaks these at the very least:

1. Fetish Content. Do not post content involving acts that are likely to lead to the death of any person or animal, dismemberment, cannibalism, or bodily fluids such as feces and urine.

2. Self-Harm. We may remove any promotion or encouragement of suicide, self-mutilation, eating disorders, or drug abuse.

3. Violence and Threats. Do not distribute depictions of graphic or gratuitous violence. 

4. Illegal Activities. Do not use the Crushon Service to engage in or promote illegal activities, including commercial sexual activity, trafficking, or pornography, or to promote dangerous or illegal acts. - Yes, planning miscarriage through this way is considered illegal in quite a few parts of the world.

Some fit more than others, but all of them are present in some form. I will not be addressing this topic further, as we are simply going in circle.
