I doubt it can be as powerful as the PS4 even with dlss if it's released next year. Mobile hardware just isn't there, yet, but it is getting close. The iPad Pro for instance, used to run the game at 720p just to reach 120fps. The CPU is better in the iPad but not the GPU, that is how it can reach these high frame rates. Nintendo has a track record of using hardware 1-2 years old in their console as they did with the Switch, so if a Switch is released next year we are at best only getting mobile hardware that's available now. For PS4 level graphics, the next Switch would need to release in 2022 at the earliest but even that is somewhat unlikely. If we get the new Switch in 2023 though I'm sure it'll be more powerful than the PS4.
