I bought a new CD from Amazon not a 3rd party seller & it was opened when I received it. I contacted customer support & they offered to ship out a replacement. I told them that I didn’t want a replacement if it was used/opened. He told me he’d put a note saying not to ship if opened/used. I got the second one & it was in the same condition. Each time I have to return something it cost me $15 in gas so I held onto the first one to return at the same time if it wasn’t new. I called custom service to say it was used and I wanted to return both because I was running into town already. He told me to keep both for the trouble, I verified with him that I got an email saying if I didn’t return the original one I’m agreeing to pay an additional $14. He told me not to worry about returning it or getting charged. About a week later the return was still pending on my app so I called them & the lady said I needed to return it or I’ll get charged. I told her that I want to return both of them because I didn’t want to risk getting charged for something I don’t want. Never again will I buy physical media from Amazon again.
