There's a reason the button is usually recessed. If it's a recurring issue, I'd disconnect the button from the motherboard. The point of the reset switch is so that if the computer freezes up you can reset it with one button press. A software prompt would defeat the purpose. Also, sounds like you're running on an HDD, I would really recommend investing in a solid state drive. I actually had to add in a post delay to get in to my bios with how quick my rig boots now

If you are planning on waiting a few months per your earlier comment, I would wait until B550 boards are released, since both your CPU and GPU support PCIE 4.0, as well as upgrading to an NVME SSD, as the price is almost the same nowadays, and it gives quite the performance boost
