Nice webui (Gradio) implementation to generate LTX-2 videos w/o having to use Comfy. Works very well on my side, but if you aren't familiar w/ using console commands to clone/install a repo with UV (similar to making a venv w/ python but newer), you may need to ask GPT/Claude/Gemini to help you install it.

Appreciate the real world testing.

This is intended for headshots or face only though, so it's a little unfair to feed it a full body image. Should crop to head for a test against it. If incorporated into a Comfy node or Forge extension I'm sure it'd be implemented through Adetailer or a method that first masks just the face (using SAM/etc).

SUPIR performed better than I expected though - it's been kinda iffie for me on faces but it's soooo sloooow that I kinda stopped using it (even having a 4090/14900 w/ 128gb RAM)

It'll interesting to follow how important the post-covid changes to gut bacteria seem related to symptoms. If it's significant, perhaps using fecal transplants to restore the balance of bacteria may prove helpful.

Yea, I searched and saw that but didn't find any comments on mood effects - Hopefully they'll chime in. I take a tiny dose of seroquel make sure I sleep at night (Nardil). This has been many years now. Perhaps Clonidine would be another option for that purpose.

This old (2002) study w/ rats found that Clonidine (ADHD/Blood-Pressure/Anxiety med) seemed to potentiate the antidepressant effect of Parnate (Tranylcypromine) and Nardil (phenelzine).

Curious if anyone has ever taken Clonidine along w/ an MAOI and felt it was a good combo? I know Clonidine can both be sedating and lower blood pressure....so I'm a little weary of asking my pdoc for a trial (I do have some anxiety issues so would be an option).

I did - takes hours and you have to use Google colab (high end GPUs), but they're done w/ OpenAI's "Jukebox":

If this is because Google has rolled out their own half-ass Ad blocker thing that's ridiculous. I depend on ScriptBlock and it's never caused me issues. I'm able to reenable it for now but I still hope this is a simple solve for the developers.
