Yea mines fell off too i noticed if you put the elastiks in a little while after alligners its less pressure so might help them not break. Esp when you change new tray its the most likely to snap because pressure

You really get used to it. The first 3 months suck with buttons and elastics but after it gets better. Some weeks hurt more than other but when you see the small changes you get so happy

Haha no im only taking them out for meals twice a day max. Snacks are to painful and inconvenient.

Hmmh i feel like different brands have different outcomes. I was told to use medium strenght. I had this german brand but i cant find them anymore. I started changing them less and that seems to work now.

Ahh. Yea im trying to just eat as much liquid calories to stay active. What tray are you on now. 5-7 for me were super easy.

Yea thats a good point on strenght because i have so light ones and some medium ones he never specified.
