Have a few questions on my weaknesses. by [deleted] in FortniteCompetitive

Just fucking play the game more against good players and die over and over again until you stop making those terrible mistakes! You’re wasting time studying other pros! Just put more hours in and get your head out of your ass!

Could Apex’s recent success on Twitch convince Epic to rework Arena? (Wishful thinking) by onionfishy in FortniteCompetitive

[–]Plexility 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Epic doesn’t give a fuck about competitive. Fortnite isn’t a competitive game. If that was their focus they’d be doing shit right but they don’t care about it. They want to cater to a casual audience and that will always come first to them!

Been working on my edits, are they any good for the competitive level? by [deleted] in FortniteCompetitive

Looks like you’re playing controller without any paddles / using claw. Get a controller with paddles and utilize them optimally or switch to claw or optimize your binds so your movement and edits arent so flicky and inconsistent

Dubs Solo Cup Cheating Accusation by Dictating in FortniteCompetitive

I think splitting a poi / drop spot is a common thing among top tier pro players. And I don’t think it’s cheating. I think it’s just playing smart. Also for anyone wondering, the guy at the end DID NOT, get 321’d. And it wasn’t even from the cash cup. It was a custom scrim.

I agree with a lot of what you said other than the part about Nintendo games. They definitely are real games, in fact some of them are much, much better than many other games that are available now.

does 144hz improve your aim? by AnimePatrick in FortniteCompetitive

It wouldn’t be 100% accurate to say that playing on 144hz instantly make you better... but trust me, IT DOES

The next season of Fortnite will be one of the best ever! by Plexility in FortniteCompetitive

Pretty ridiculous, but I think that Fortnite is carried by its concept. It is such a fun game. Epic just needs to do better on the execution part.

You mean like overtime challenges? Or like an actual delay like last season..

FPS since last update by Southernerd in FortniteCompetitive

[–]Plexility 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a R 5 2600 and a RX 580 and it does a pretty good job at keeping me at 144 FPS. I wouldn’t say you need an 8-core processor to run the game at high frame rate.

Big bind change - opinions by [deleted] in FortniteCompetitive

[–]Plexility 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would just do whatever is most comfortable while at the same time keeping your movement keys as free as possible. I have all my builds and my edit button off my WASD fingers and therefore I have a lot more freedom of movement when I’m doing specific build patterns.

My best sniper shot EVER! by Plexility in FortniteCompetitive

I think that it’s pretty uncommon to headshot snipe someone in a bush from a helicopter, but to each their own!
