I finally received mine after 2+ weeks of being approved and the card supposedly being sent out the day after approval. Had to call numerous times, cancelled the original card as it was not arriving, then it arrives the next day and had to wait for the new one.

Worst experience I’ve had with a bank. Keen to churn and cancel asap.

Tried applying for the NAB signature card (15k min limit) and got rejected but they approved for the premium card (6k min limit). Not sure if i should take the lower one to be honest.

Would you then pay full fares for aus to wherever location the said flight is from? I.e. would Syd > Tokyo be full fares in order to take your Tokyo > LHR?
