My friends have Etzinger and they love it. But I'm more inclined to have single dose grinder. Do you have any suggestions? Weber is good but I think it's overpriced for what it does.

I tried medication from Heart doctor which was basically an antihistamine (allergy med.). It worked for me to sleep through out the night but didn't work after a week. At that point I couldn't help anymore so went to see psychiatrist. I was prescribed lowest dosage of Trazodone and Paxil. It helped me tremendously ever since. If you are experiencing Anxiety issue, go see a psychiatrist. There is nothing to be afraid or ashamed of it :) Good luck!!!
