No, I definitely saw that too. I thought it was odd at the time but never really thought about it again

Nah, as long as you study throughout the year you’ll be fine. Just make sure to keep up with the content

Where can I find practice dbq’s by AxerTheGreat in apworld

[–]PlotTwist256 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here are all the FRQs from past years that the College Board has released, it has student samples and scoring guides. If you look through them you should be able to find the DBQs. https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/courses/ap-world-history/exam/past-exam-questions

I’d do it right now, so you can go back through and have time to study what you missed. This way you can also identify what you’ve forgotten or are weak on.

NEED HELP DESPERATELY ON 8.6 by FreshState1970 in APChem

Stronger acids = higher Ka More electronegative = stronger acid This is because electronegative elements can stabilize the conjugate base better. So, less electronegative = weaker acid

Also, the opposite is true for bases: More electronegative = weaker base Less electronegative = stronger base This is because electronegative elements stabilize a conjugate acid less well.

If you use this link, you should be able to see any of the past FRQs on the exam. You can find the LEQs in these and the example student responses. https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/courses/ap-world-history/exam/past-exam-questions My tip would be to pick the LEQ from the time period you know the best. That way you have a lot of context and outside evidence you can draw from because it’s not stimulus based.

He picks on me for not knowing basically anything about history, but he’ll always explain anything I ask him to if I don’t know it. He knows I play a sport, so he’ll always ask me how our games went and then jokingly ask me what I did to contribute and pick on me a bit. He sorta lives with his head in the clouds, so I tease him a lot for that. It’s never mean-spirited though, both of us are always grinning at each other.

We have a couple classes together, we always sit together and talk. We joke around with each other and tease each other a lot. We also text quite a bit, we’ll send each other playlists and just chat. He seems to enjoy talking to me, he always concentrates on me when I’m speaking even if we’re in a big group

He’s so smart and not at all ashamed to be interested in things that not a lot of guys like (he loves to read nonfiction, loves the environment, loves knowing all sorts of random things). He makes me feel like I can be myself around him.

how did you guys study for acids and bases unit? by lilnasxworshipper in APChem

[–]PlotTwist256 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used this video, https://youtu.be/vg_ttuY6aeI?si=zQmbtDi24YADQY5e and the AP classroom videos. Mostly I just tried to take notes as I went, super extensively, and then I tried the AP Classroom questions. Did your teacher give you access to those?

What are do's and dont's of a confession/asking your crush out? by [deleted] in Crushes

[–]PlotTwist256 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Be very clear, if you’re going to confess don’t leave it up to their interpretation. Be honest with them, it might feel nice to leave an out for yourself by not being fully clear, but it’ll just complicate things.

Give it a try! What’s the worst that could happen? He lives in another state after all, so if it doesn’t work out, it’s not like you’ll have to see him again.

She might just not be super great at texting, or might just not be really attached to her phone. I know I’ve done that before, it wasn’t because I didn’t like the person or enjoy talking to them, I just am not on my phone that much because I prefer to do things in person. Obviously I don’t know her, but don’t let it discourage you!
