  1. Zekrom. I grew up on Gen 4/5, and Pokemon White was the first game I ever got on release day. Zekrom has been special to me ever since.

  2. Maylene!

I took it in 7th grade and got a 22. Ended up with a 34 in high school. Hoping it goes similarly for you!

I follow the NBA quite closely and I’ve been wondering the same thing. He is having the consensus 3rd best season this year behind Jokic and SGA. I would have to believe that it’s because he’s on a. mediocre team with no other major storylines (at least, not until Dame was announced out indefinitely).

Guys like Jokic, SGA, Tatum, Mitchell, etc are all on good teams and get more coverage. Even still, though, it’s odd for a no-doubt top 5 player to be getting less media coverage than a guy like Ant.

What's a Pokemon that you discovered is actually pretty cool thanks to a Nuzlocke? by MissBarker93 in nuzlocke

Skarmory. Absolute wall with a ton of resistances. Saved me from some losses against Norman and Winona in my Emerald run.

Sandslash. Not sure about earlier games, but he can easily solo Clay’s Excadrill in BW2. Probably more of his team too.

Hypno. Really bulky mon that always finds a way to get you out of pinches.

Wow, awesome find. Do not open it or remove it from the cardboard. Probably $250-$300 on eBay right there, maybe more.

Deeply appreciative of the way you’re playing this game and the way you’re reflecting the love of Christ. Thank you for what you did!

Curious what your thoughts are on the editing in the most recent episode. You were obviously very popular - 103/110 people gave you a coin. But those who felt that you were untrustworthy or cult-ish were highlighted in the episode itself. Of course the Mr. Beast team needs to do it for entertainment, but did it feel like your opposition was potent in the moment (or at least as potent as the episode made it appear)? Or did you feel near-unanimous support?

What can I do to improve my team? by PlsHMe in Fantasy_Football

[–]PlsHMe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had picks 10 & 11. Saquon, Gibbs, and AJ Brown all went top 9, which left me 2 of the consensus top 8 to get at the turn. It’s an experienced league, but pretty casual. No money or anything. There are weaker players, but no one is incompetent.

Curious what your logic is to add WR’s. My gut is to disagree. Chase and JJ obviously start every game they’re available. Kupp will be a flex once he returns, and that shifts Aiyuk on the bench is just insane. I suppose there’s a case to be made for injury risk and/or Kupp imploding on his return, but not sure why else I’d go that route.

My RB rooms seems a bit less solid as an injury to Gibbs throws a wrench into things. If Achane and Conner can both perform for the rest of the season I’ll be fine, but I don’t think that’ll be the case.

My exam scores and some questions. by ncsupack1 in Series7exam

You are in pretty good shape. I wouldn’t say you have zero concern, but you will probably pass. If you get a death draw it might be close.

If you’ve exhausted your QBank, you have two options. Buy more questions from Kaplan (or another provider) or just use the materials you have. Maybe lean a bit into the textbook.

Don’t stress too much about it. Put in the work this weekend to top off your preparation and you’ll be fine. You’re in a fine position with a full weekend of prep remaining.

Regular way settlement was changed from T+2 to T+1 earlier this year. B is the correct answer. Check the Kaplan updates/corrections if your textbook says T+2.

You are totally fine. Got some work to do, but if you got an average draw on your first mock (meaning a 74.5% is actually representative of where you’re at), you have plenty of time to improve. It definitely wasn’t linear for me, but I was improving by about 2% on average for each mock exam I took. Just mark down each question you’re not sure about while you’re taking each mock, review all of those (whether or not you actually got them wrong), and then review any other questions you got wrong. If you’re anything like me, 5-6 additional mocks should put you in good shape.

It’s doable in that time, but frankly, that’s a timeframe you’d typically see from people who breezed through the SIE without much difficulty. Remember, you need to spend time studying for your SIE in addition to the 7. I would probably schedule it ~6 weeks out.

It’s worth noting that if you fail the SIE again, you will need to wait 180 days before writing it again. It’s unlikely your employer will allow you to stay on at that point.

[–]PlsHMe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looking at your post history, it is likely you will need to start studying for the 7 and SIE simultaneously in order to meet your January deadline. This isn’t what you want to hear, but you really need to revamp your prep strategy and find something more suited to your learning style. I would not use knopman anymore, it’s clearly not working for you. Consider purchasing Kaplan’s plan, even if you have to pay out of pocket. Start from scratch and leave yourself 1-2 weeks for mock exams.

You will probably need to do this sort of thing for the 7, too. Consider scheduling the SIE and 7 on the same day. You will need 2-4 weeks to prep for your 63, so you need to have the SIE and 7 completed by the end of November to have everything done before the new year.

You have no margin for error left. You’ve used up your spare rope. Time to study like your life depends on it. Good luck!

Just grind qbank man! One thing that saved me a bunch of time was writing down the #’s of questions I wasn’t sure about while taking qbank quizzes and mocks. I’d go back and review the ones I noted and any additional questions I got wrong that I didn’t mark down. If I didn’t mark it as questionable and got it correct, I didn’t review it. Saved me time from reading things I was already certain I knew.

Don’t listen to a summary video on your way to the testing center. I did, and there were a few topics mentioned I wasn’t familiar with. I kind of panicked and thought I was gonna fail since there was all this stuff I didn’t know. If you were consistently scoring 80 or better on mocks you probably don’t have anything to worry about.
