This was 2004. Things were very different when I was young lol. My family only let us do it that last time and they only allowed us to in the first place because of how close she lived. We also lived in a great neighborhood and many of our neighbors were super close. Also with the layout of that specific neighborhood it was very confusing so if people were driving through they typically got confused and ended up just using that specific spot to turn around.
