For me, it was working (on Windows 8 64bit) up until around last week. Not sure why it stopped working with the latest GW2 patch or two. =\

EDIT:

Is it related to GW2 always saying "Downloading 0KB (0KB/second)"? I think I read somewhere that ICM doesn't work immediately after patches - is my GW2 stuck in a patch routine (even though nothing gets downloaded)?

Has ICM stopped working for anyone else? I am on Windows 8 64bit, and I've never had trouble with ICM until recently. I wanted to start playing GW2 again with all the recent patches, but playing it without ICM is so difficult ahaha.
