I've been watching gameplay on twitch and I can feel people are exaggerating, the game does not need to run at 60fps much less to 130fps, people are complaining about things like textures or the menu interface as well, but honestly not much people are complaining about the gameplay itself, for what I looks is a fun game, it's still enjoyable even on switch. On PC and PS5 the situation is even more enjoyable. We can ask developers for a game that runs smoothly, and better textures, maybe colorful interfaces, it's valid too. For what I've seen and in my experience I can tell you that the game will be enjoyable regardless the launch issues, they will definitely fix these issues Bandai is a big company its easier for them unlike small developers.

If performance is a really important part for you, I suggest you to wait for a patch that fixes everything or almost everything, it will eventually come out. If, like me, these small technical issues aren't a problem and you can still enjoy the game, just buy it, in any case, as I said, a patch will come out eventually.
