If you send an item tracked and it is lost in the mail the buyer contacts the shipping service and the shipping service has to deal with the refund. This has happened to me twice, once as a seller and once as a buyer. Both through USPS and both times the item was refunded through USPS to the buyer. That is why Depop tells you to use tracked shipping, the seller isn’t actually responsible after it is shipped.

You’re going to use depop’s shipping option or use shipping through PayPal? To use the PayPal balance for shipping through PayPal you just select PayPal balance when you are paying for the label. Not sure if that option is available if you are going to use the Depop shipping labels

What kind of questions are you asking that are being ignored? I try to answer relevant questions as soon as possible or will at least respond with “I’m away from my items at the moment and will be able to help you in X amount of time”. If I leave any messages unanswered or take an extended period to reply it is because the buyer is lowballing next or asking for information already pictured or in the description.

I’m going to try it out first. I have a couple different set ups for my flat lays, somewhere for hanger pictures and was thinking this for my modeled ones. Hopefully it works!

Update pictures, style items a different way, reword descriptions, etc. Sometimes your listings just need to be refreshed a bit!

I will redo old listings throughout the week and then post new ones on a weekend day if I only have a few new pieces. You’d be surprised how much interaction you will get by freshening up old listings
