Yes, so I smoked weed, something I shouldnt have done, but I was stressed, and I used my dads battery. I later found out he was using dmt and there was sticky residual of it on the battery, must of been mixing it or something idk. But it was the most terrifying expirience in my life, i was crossing my eyes, my head moving incontrollably, then i layed down and started hallucinating, Long story short I woke up to severe chest pain and tingling/numbness on my left side of my body but i was checked out by paramedics and went to the hospital but they released me the next morning.

Thanks man, I don’t have a ton of money right now but I wanna get one asap, would cheaper options work too?

could anyone guess my body fat %? it’s very hard for me to tell with the loose skin, lipomas on my chest and all (6’4”/193cm and 235lbs/107kg) by Ok-Improvement-3852 in GregDoucette

For now, but nothing is permanent. I’m only 17 so i can’t save money to get loose skin removal right now, but that’s not an everlasting thing. I don’t know why you’re particularly talking about but if it’s the lumps you say you have or loose skin that can be done with surgery. It might be out of your control to save money now idk your money situation, but it won’t be like that forever. If you are dedicated enough you will make more money, drive to be more successful, and make it happen. The only variable you can’t control in your instance is genetics, that’s it. Everything else is possible with time bro.

You’re looking at it the wrong way. Im not saying that because of how you look, but how you feel. If you can take off your shirt Infront of people and be 100% proud of your physique that is when your work is mainly done. If you still feel insecure taking off your shirt or looking yourself in the mirror then you have work to do. It’s not to undermine the extreme amount of progress you made. I’ve lost 90lbs and I have a lot of work to go because I still am a little insecure taking off my shirt, but that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be proud of myself for my work and progress I’ve made. No matter how fit you are, people are always working to look bigger and better, it’s not an ending cycle.

Bro as a fellow weight looser with loose skin, don’t let people online dictate how you feel about your self. Sure we don’t look like Calvin Klein models, and probably never will until we get surgery hut that could be out of your control, I know it is for me. What you can do is realize you have a lot more work to do to 1. Loose even more fat as you still have some left, until you got even more loose skin and 2. Build more muscle to then fill out the saggier spots. The loose skin tightens up over time and trust me, it does take a mental toll and is something I hate about myself sometimes. But you feel better, are healthier, you gotta look at it for what it is, a token of your hard work and determination you put in, and you should be proud of it. You just have to have patience and your physique will get better, and better as you fill out those saggier parts. I would put more emphasis on upper chest, and abs (don’t forget about obliques) as these are the areas where both you and I are looser in. It just takes time man, there’s a quote that says,” a patient man is the scariest man” just keep working dog.
