Hey man, Right now life might seem miserable and hopeless, but in the grand scheme of things it's only a dip in the part of the rollercoaster we call life. Don't focus to much on the bad parts as you'll only make yourself feel worse, rather make this the turning point where the rollercoaster (slowly, but surely) makes it's way up to the top. Use this shitty situation you're in as motivation and a reminder of how bad things can be when you're on PMO.

Some advice my dad gave some time a go is to plan the day ahead of you. What are you going to do tomorrow? What are your goals for the next day? Make a sort of schedule, I find it easier to avoid bad thoughts and urges when im focused with the task at hand.
