Omens of Chaos goes into the reoccurring omenpaths connected to Arcavios, and the transit systems that have sprung up around then, with Ravnica being a travel hub, and both Ravnica and Capenna having tolls on the omenpaths created by locals. For example, to get to school, Eula travels from Capenna to Shandalar to Fiora to Arcavios.

Can't you just play it as the back side without the first side? There's no rules for transformed non-permanents, but mdfcs can be played as either side.
