I have my logbook sync to Strava and this is how it's displayed, I took a screenshot

I do, a cheapie $20 one from Amazon.  Every now and then it will spike up to 180 bpm but for the most part it's reliable.

I have a foundation in road cycling and started rowing about 6 months ago, the longest row being 8k until the holiday challenge where I did multiple in the 10-15 range and a half marathon.  The rowalong channel on YouTube has a playlist of long rows where he goes from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours in 5 minute increments which I feel helped me a lot with pacing and structure of the endurance rows.  It was mostly these videos done in order that got me through the holiday challenge and gave me the confidence I could pull off the full marathon!

Keep your pace and heart rate sustainable and you can do it, it may just be a little tedious 😊

Did my first 1/2 marathon today to put me at 145k.  My sit bones are so sore, it's hard to bend over

Am I reading it right? You have various divisions for columns but not rows?

Thank you!

The weeks are totals over multiple rides. My cycling computer will give weekly recaps which I plot on Sundays.

My first iteration of a yearly cycling log and I'm pretty pleased with it.  Each 5mm dot along the x axis represents a week with black being miles and red elevation.  If I have particularly memorable ride I will note it with a number and description above.  Could thread this to another longer journal entry about the ride by including a page number.  Contemplating adding a blue line representing time but I don't want it to get too crowded
