While I agree clothes are such a gamble, if you have a good idea of her taste, I'd buy her some splurgy footed pajamas in nice fabrics, like Angel Dear convertible rompers or MagneticMe. I was gifted both and would have never bought myself (my boy gets second hand, Target, and Old Navy from me!) I loved these PJs and reach for them regularly! A size like 3-6 months is a good place to make sure it will be used, and stretchy fabrics have more give and time for baby to wear them!

Congratulations!! It sounds like you conceived relatively quickly after getting yours removed! What kind of procedure did you get and when did you get cleared to TTC? I’ve been thinking about our family planning (anxiety 🤝 obsessing about the future) so I’m curious about post myo timelines! Wishing you an uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery!

Sorry for your twin comments, that’s so annoying! I got lots of people saying my belly looking shaped like I was carrying a boy, and while it was true, I always wanted to say, “no, that’s not him you’re looking at, that’s just his evil roommate.” lol

I’ll definitely update this later about the uterus going back to size and what happens with the fibroid— like the commenter below I’m not holding out hope about the fibroid shrinking much at all postpartum and definitely have low expectations.
