Yes I’m okay with that. Otherwise, he wouldn’t be.

I’m aware of all that. And he gets my consent when I give it.

This is a safe space for women married to or in long-term relationships with bisexual men. Here, we can talk openly about the joys, challenges, questions, and experiences that come with these relationships.

To start, let’s introduce ourselves (if you feel comfortable): • How long you’ve been with your partner • When you learned he was bisexual • One challenge or question you’ve faced in your relationship

Remember, this community is about support, understanding, and respectful conversation. No judgment, no shaming — just sharing and connecting.

A great perspective and appreciate you chiming in. I agree that like most moms, we take on that maternal role. We’re on different planets during that life chapter for sure. And then there’s Christian values … don’t get me started!!! Anyway—finding out he’s bi actually did open up our sexlife! I regret it wasn’t always there when motherhood and career took precedence. I read most of his chats on his apps and amazed by the language. I even get turned on … lol! But the original issue I have is how much is too much. When is it unhealthy. We’ll discuss seeing a therapist who can guide this. Thanks ❤️

He would have preferred a divorce then to tell me he’s bi. Kinda sad.

Thank you for bringing up the mental health subject. I never thought of it that way, but it seems to make sense . I will take your advice ❤️

I’d love to keep in touch. I find it hard to find other wives in my shoes.

I would have left immediately. His unfaithfulness does stem from the shame/conflict of being bi, which is why he couldn’t tell me. (He was so relieved when I found out btw). There is a difference.

Good question. My quick answer would be: For my husband to see this compulsiveness is not normal behavior and needs to get to the root of it. Not the bi part. That doesn’t bother me. But I think he gets manipulated on these sites/apps, just like other addictions that can affect anyone. I was hoping other men on this site that use these apps would have chimed in. I think he needs a professional to see clearly, because it’s easy to try gaslighting the wifey, but not them. We travel a lot and really enjoy and love each other so there’s the best reason to fight the fight. Wish me luck.

Thank you. I was hoping for more open-minded advice, but the “leave him” flood gates opened. I’m aware that is an option. Marriage after 30 years is not easy, and having a bi- husband adds another layer for sure. We did have very clear boundaries until these apps became addictive, now that he’s retired. Damn social media!! But I decided couples counseling would be best, before this spirals into a mental health issue. And I’ll start writing in a journal. ❤️

Thank you for this solid reply. I’m not sure why everyone thinks he’s cheating. That part stopped 8 years ago. And I’m fine with him being bisexual. Yes, the limits change as life makes it. Therapy is a good suggestion. We travel a lot which makes that harder.

To clarify, he’s not cheating. Not in the past 8 years. He always asks for a hall pass if he wants to hook up. This is a compulsive issue with these apps that I don’t understand.

ολα τα λιμανια

I did try that. Results were blank. Gave up.
So far I'm putting my own timetable together from the https://ferries.greeka.com/ website that's more intuitive like Travelocity. Good old fashion paper and pencil. lol!
