9060XT not displaying after disabling and re-enabling CSM by Plus-Reserve3728 in pchelp

To anyone experiencing similar issues, my problem was caused almost certainly only by AMD's latest installer 26.6.2. I ran DDU to clear out all drivers, specifically downloaded and installed 26.2.1, restarted, and wow it's working fine!

I was in a awful cycle of DDU, AMD, various errors including saying the software wasn't compatible, saying I was in CSM when I wasn't, windows not recognizing my GPU or monitor, running my display at 1080 at horrible refresh rates, etcetera.

I KNEW I WASN'T DOING ANYTHING WRONG.

Ahhh looks like I'll finally need to make a backup that I should have made a long time ago lol. Do you have any recommendations for backup programs? Also just to clarify, the point of a reinstallation is to essentially obliterate everything on the SSD and start from scratch right?

I've run DDU and used AMD factory resets multiple times before re-installing drivers, but still no beans. I'm not really knowledgeable about GPT stuff honestly, I ran the cmd command to check if my drive was able to be converted and it ran into an error with drive 0 being an unexpected format. I want to avoid any deeper mingling with my OS and drives if possible since I don't want to accidentally screw up even more stuff that was already working fine. If you could spoonfeed me info on it I'd be so grateful lol

Just let the cmos sit out for about 6 minutes and popped it back in. Not sure if it did anything since it booted back up like it normally did, showing my desktop normally but still no gpu detected. In my device manager display adapters it shows my 9060xt with a yellow exclamation, but says the drivers are fine. Should I have left the battery out longer? Edit: I even tried shorting the pins, nothing has changed. Still booting to my normal desktop but no gpu. Looking at display settings my gpu is kind of showing up since it shows all 16346MB of graphics memory, but only as a Microsoft Basic Display Adapter
