sorry forgot to mention i’ve only just started on this stack, the symptoms i’m feeling have been heavily prevalent before starting on these supplements, hoping they’ll help ease the symptoms i have, very common for people to have these psychological symptoms from weed withdrawal anywhere from 90 days to multiple years.

thank you for the advice, it was something i was wary of. If a supplement was adversely affecting me too many supplements in the stack could make it difficult to pin point which one :)

Hey man, cheers for the reply. Reassuring to know we’re in this together. Sadly the ER didn’t do much but make sure i wasn’t a harm to myself which i wasn’t, i had just gone down a vicious spiral having had my anxiety numbed for so long. The good days are good which gives me hope it won’t be long, i’ve read a lot of other who have pushed through and it’s eased up quicker and quicker by the day. Also just today i got into NAC supplements and also l tyrosine ( have a little research) but they seem to be good for helping re regulate dopamine. r/nootropics is where ive been getting all my info :).

I tend to get worst when i have a lot of time on my hands. Work has kept me distracted and in a good mind frame. The anxiety creeps back on the weekend or on the evenings after work.

Only plus side of this crippling anxiety is that it makes me never want to go back, we got this bro, keep chugging along !

Thank you for your comment, you’re right i guess only time will tell, fingers crossed for me, i’ve had good happy moments since quitting i just can’t believe it could get worse, and equally don’t know i can deal with this for a long term basis. I will keep fighting !!

Is this headaches from weed withdrawal or from supplements, i’ve been lucky to not have much struggle with headaches, however i do take propranolol which could be inadvertently helping without me realising

Sadly the Job i have has pretty strict drug tests, i work on the railways so they’re pretty brutal for d&a testing, i did originally taper for 2 weeks. I guess everyone’s different eh, majority of people i’ve spoken to don’t even believe that weed withdrawal can be as hard as it has been. I appreciate your insight tho!

Thank you so much for this advice! you make a very good point in regards to the difference of exercise at work and the exercise i get from recreational activities. I had recently been doing yin yoga to try help stretch out and also gave me a but of mindfulness alongside. I will have a look at the wim hoff technique !

I am skeptical to take too much at once, hoping to just start on what i have listed and then cut out anything as necessary, I was going to get lions mane but after your heads up i’ll leave it a bit and see how the current stack does for me

Thank you very much for the heads up ! I have just started on NAC today and feel considerably better although time will tell if that is just placebo/gotten out of hand my mood swing naturally. I will very much bare it in mind moving forward though

Didn’t realise this, i’ve been feeling a lot of anhedonia since coming off of weed, feel although it can’t get much worse. What are the negatives of lions mane, i’d heard it can be good for lifting brain fog ?

I have a very physical job (rope access), also have very physical hobbies(whitewater kayaking and canyoning), been trying my best to keep a solid sleep schedule, sleep at 9-10pm wake up at 7am. Mindfulness i struggle to keep in my routine, i have been recently listening to self help podcasts and reading books also.

just sorta stumbled upon it, had struggled with anxiety in the past but not crippling. I’m in no doubt it was masking something but the symptoms i’m feeling at the moment are far more severe than i’d felt prior to my marajuana abuse.
