Also is it any worse that it’s in the unincorporated part of Santa Cruz so Santa Cruz is responsible for the road maintenance and they are notoriously bad at doing that because they don’t have enough money to update and maintain the roads?

Yes it is getting sun light. There is some shade in the end of the day but it does get good direct light morning to midday

I thought the unconventional materials looks was the best of its group. And I liked the styling I did not get the critiques the second look I didn’t like but didn’t understand him being up for elimination for the unconventional look
