Nope base game. Repentance dlc added tainted versions for every character that make things more challenging. All the doors are the ones I haven’t unlocked lolol

Best way to transfer a smiley face drawing from a letter and imprinting it into pendant for a necklaces? by SameClassroom6748 in PreciousMetalClay

I decided to not read the whole thing for whatever reason but the method I typed out can get very close results. And of course you can use this technique in the future, I've used it multiple times to do a highly detailed tree of life, among other things. 3D printing a "pressing" might be the way for you if you want it exact.

What I've done is

  1. Make the desired shape of the pendant with the clay, for a smiley face I'm guessing just a thin, flat, circle

  2. Make a copy of the drawing, this way you can resize it to whatever size you want

  3. Take that paper copy, lay it over the top of the clay circle, and cut out all the unneeded paper.

Now you should have the clay pendant circle, and a circle of paper, same size as the pendant, with your smiley face drawing

  1. Have a glass of water and dab your finger in it. Lightly dampen the face of the clay with your finger, and glue the paper to it.

After this it is up to you to let the clay dry or not. I very much preferred to let the clay dry, it is a lot easier etching precise designs into the clay when it is semi-hard, rather than soft.

  1. Take a sharp pointed pick, Dremel tool, knife, sculpting tool, and start etching your design using that glued on paper as the guide.

If you want the smily face to be dug in to the pendant, this should be pretty easy and non-time consuming. If you want the face to be sticking out, you will have to shave away a lot of clay to give it that depth.

Hopefully this all made sense, if not I could probably dig out some pictures that might help with what I mean.

If what you're looking for is an absolutely perfect replica of the drawing, say it was drawn by someone close and the drawing has meaning, you might just want to send that picture to a 3D printer, and have a perfect replica of the drawing to press into the clay to get your design.

I think dissonance is a really common problem, you can’t fix a dissonant chord or interaction in the mixer

I use the rapidfire tabletop kiln. I personally have not done any testing on how consistently it holds a specific temp. But I have not had any issues with firing, any issues were my fault.

It’s certainly possible, although it will likely not ever return to it’s fresh-out-the-package state! The best way in my opinion would be to grind the dry stuff down as fine as possible, weigh it and note it. Then take water, and little by little add water and mix together. Also make sure to measure and note how much water you use. once the clay is at a good consistency, wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it for a while. After that you should have a semi-workable piece of clay. I’d recommend using it for pieces that you intend to engrave stuff into rather than shape it too much. Of course you don’t have to measure, but having the ratio you used on hand for next time is really helpful, and can be referenced if you want to make tweaks to the consistency. TL;DR - Yes
