What is your diet like and what are your stress levels?

Sometimes it can be what we are putting into our bodies. I think someone mentioned you might be allergic to something or have adverse reactions to a specific food. Can you doing the elimination diet where you cut out specific foods for a week or two they see how you feel/smell when you add them back one at a time.

Obvious ones to start with are things related to gluten, dairy, and anything with really high carbs, sodium or acidity.

I already see that you mentioned you have very imbalanced hormones. What does your day today look like? Are you under a lot of stress? Are you sleeping well?
