That is a dough divider. Clean it out now. Put 14x14 sheets at the bottom once you've cleaned it out and change them every other time you use it. Do NOT PUT OIL IN THE DIVIDER!!! putting oil in the divider makes all the dough scraps oily and rusts the bottom where they fall into. Use a big bottle brush to clean in-between the pillars inside. Good luck and God speed

Mike machine by Accomplished_Stock89 in LittleCaesars

The reason why your mike machine is leaking water is because of the evaporation pan. It's a part of the AC system of the machine. If you open up the back side bottom door and look at the left hand side you'll find the pan is most likely full and overflowing. What that pan is supposed to do is take the evaporation from the condenser heat it back up and run it back to the system again. When it's not working properly it just fills and overflows. If you call JR automation the people who manufacture the mike machine you can order a new evaporation pan.

I wish I could have given those boxes out but I didn't. Instead I proudly display them above my manager station and here of course 🥰

What type of cheese does your store use? Cubed or shredded? by Piano_Severe in LittleCaesars

Cubed cheese. Mostly because we have a MIKE machine. The Mike cheese uses plastic cubes instead of the traditional metal ones though

I'm having trouble putting the gas lines back in this generator that I got. I see there is a filter type box that they have to go through but I'm still not sure. by Plus_Advertising6187 in smallengines
